You might also find them at estate sales and the like. I'm sure they'll continue to pop up there every now and then. There's been a couple 9K's, and a 10K listed on Gunbroker for quite a while now, and within the last year and a half I've seen at least one 3K, a 6K, and several other 1K's go through that site I bought 5 1K's in one purchase "deal" roughly a month ago. Of those 9, 4 are similarly etched, 4 have no etched pattern at all, and one has that pattern on just the left side, the other side having the puma replaced with a spread-winged eagle pattern. I've got 2 similar 9K's, as well as a 7K, a 5K 4 barrel set, and 9 in the 1K serial range. Your's would thus be a "9K" within the early etched group likely having that rear scroll around the puma's tail which could be "special" or desirable if one prefers or likes that etching pattern over the more numerous rear scroll-less later ones. Unless it was a "re-make", it will be a full etched, or "rear-scroll" frame with etching behind the puma's tail, which quit in the 16,2xx range. They then went into the 500K's before production of the G-1 Ceased so the most digits that can be seen is 6 digit frames. That would hold true up until 9999, then becoming 5 digit frames until 99999, from there being 6 digit frames. Contender frames started with serial number 1000, so they started out being 4 digit frames.
